Depending on the circumstances, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or our legitimate interests in managing enquiries and operating our business.

How forms are delivered

The website enquiry form uses Formspree, a third-party form processing service. When you submit the form, your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and message are sent to Formspree to process the enquiry and make it available to us, including through email notifications. You can contact us without the web form by emailing info@rayetech.co.uk directly or calling 07960 589510. The website does not save your form contents in cookies or browser storage.

Sharing, storage and retention

Enquiries are received in our business email system and may be shared with service providers necessary to operate that system or respond to the enquiry. We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to handle enquiries, provide services and meet relevant legal or record-keeping obligations.
